However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we’ve got your back.

If any of these apply, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

• A clear photo of the item

• A description of the issue

• Your order number

We will work with Printify to replace the item free of charge or offer a full refund if applicable.

• Buyer’s remorse (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong size or color)

• Items received after the return window (30 days)
