We all know how to do the Monster Mash, right? It is after all a graveyard smash. Released in 1962 as a novelty song by Bobby “Boris” Pickett and The Crypt-Kickers the track shot to number 1. So many different members have passed through the Kickers including Paul McCartney guitarist Brian Ray. The song began to pick up steam in the 1970’s. As the 90’s rolled on even The Misfits who made an entry earlier into the countdown, released a cover.
This is probably one of Halloween’s greatest bangers. Talking about a Mad Scientist working down in the lab. There have been many others like the Monster Mash, but nothing can top the original.
